You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
6. Payment Terms
Certain Services are available on a paid subscription or one-time purchase basis. By subscribing to or purchasing a paid Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Termination

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ViViD Group Corporations and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before initiating formal legal proceedings.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
